Patty Winsa You could say the city burst Matt Raizenne’s bubble. The 33-year-old entrepreneur negotiated with staff for two years to build a domed sports field on city property. The deal eventually fell apart. But that thwarted attempt would benefit at least one Toronto school. Raizenne approached Monarch Park Collegiate when negotiations with the city stalled and offered to build the dome on a playing field behind the school, at no cost to the Toronto public board.
